Push Up Challenge
Facebook there is a push-up challenge. I got the idea of doing it from mum because mum started doing it and I wanted to join in.
You don't win any thing, it's just so you have something to do.
All you need to do is do a video of you doing push ups and post it on Facebook. Lotte and Johanna aren't doing it, so they do the videoing. In the Groot family the people who are doing the challenge are Dad, Mum and Me.

So how did the push-up challenge go for you and how many pushups do you need to do ? Why don't you add that into your blog post. And why not add some rules to it like you need to push-up constantly for 1 minute or something like that.
